Thriving independent community hospital in Northeastern Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine provider to join their growing team due to an upcoming retirement.
The Opportunity
• Enjoy a 100% outpatient schedule while maintaining the option to supplement earnings through hospitalist shifts
• Reasonable daily patient volumes - focus on quality not quantity
• Flexible 4-day work week aligned with the local 4-day school calendar, allowing more quality time with your family
• J1 Visa & H1B eligible
• Epic EMR
• 7 weeks PTO
• NHSC Approved Site: Up to 25K per year in student loan repayment
Compensation & Benefits
• Part of the Iowa Public Employees Retirement System (IPERS): employee contributes 6.29% and employer contributes 9.44%
