Based in the Bronx, New York, the organization is a well-regarded healthcare system providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to a diverse and growing community.
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Practice Physician to join its expanding outpatient primary care practice in the Bronx, NY. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with limited call responsibilities , offering an excellent outpatient-focused practice model.
Newly trained 2025 graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. The facility is cap-exempt and welcomes H1 visa candidates.
Essential Position Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered outpatient primary care services to individuals and families.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population.

Emphasize preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, nursing staff, and support services.

Optional participation in teaching and academic activities through an affiliated residency program.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the AllScripts EMR system .

Option to incorporate inpatient responsibilities or remote care components, based on interest.
Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Licensure: Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain.

Experience: New graduates (Class of 2025) encouraged to apply; 2026 graduates not accepted .

Visa: H1 visa candidates welcome (cap-exempt facility).

Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
