Setting: outpatient - FQHC
Dates: ASAP - for 6 months
Schedule: 4/10s Tues - Fri or 5/8s Mon - Fri
Scope: seeing all ages for family medicine
Volume: must see 3 patients per hour
Support: 2 MAs per provider
EMR: Epic, must close charts in 72 hours
Requirements: Active CA license, DEA, BLS
