We are seeking an experienced Director of Physician Practice to lead and elevate our physician services. Required Skills:
  • Over 5 years of managing multi-provider physician practices, ideally within Rural Health Clinics
  • Strong operational expertise including workflow optimization and financial management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance standards, EHR systems, and patient experience strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
  • Effective strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable leadership style

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in rural health settings beyond clinics, such as community health programs
  • Certification in healthcare management or leadership (e.g., CMA, FACHE)
  • Advanced proficiency with health informatics and emerging healthcare technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of senior management experience in healthcare operations, particularly within physician practices or clinics
  • Demonstrated success in compliance adherence, patient engagement, and process improvements

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to start by May 1, 2026
  • Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, with flexibility for occasional additional hours to meet organizational needs
  • Willingness to travel as needed for professional development or system-wide initiatives
  • Valid licensure and certifications relevant to healthcare management preferred

Compensation for this role is $89.70 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits, referral bonuses, paid sick time, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses when applicable.
