Job Responsibilities
Manage acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active California medical license or ability to obtain
