Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- If Board Eligible, graduation date must be provided
- Active Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain before start)
- DEA certification; BLS certification
- Clean malpractice history
- Commitment to full-time, outpatient practice
