SSM Health is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic inside the Chesterfield YMCA, designed with a strong focus on Senior Care and seamless team-based support. The clinic is scheduled to open January 2026, and will serve one of the most sought-after communities in the St. Louis metro.

- FTE: 1.0
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Outpatient: 100%
- Call: Weekday self-call for ones own patients
What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care with a special emphasis on Senior Care, partnering closely with the embedded care team to improve access, coordination, and outcomes
- Help establish and grow the clinics patient panel in a high-demand market

Qualifications
- MD/DO, board-eligible/board-certified in a primary care discipline
