Community-based health system in northern Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a large, well-established employed medical group in Rockford, Illinois. The group includes more than 350 employed providers and over 100 primary care physicians, with a long history of serving the region for more than a century. Practice details

Outpatient, community-based family medicine practice with strong primary care infrastructure.

Candidate requirements

MD or DO.

Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to or upon hire.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; board certification required within 5 years of eligibility.

Current CPR certification preferred.
Compensation and benefits

Competitive salary guarantee, commensurate with experience.

Salary range: approximately $283,693 " $302,415.
