Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct patient care 2-3 days per week, seeing an average of 10-15 patients per day
- Perform administrative and oversight duties on non-clinical days
- Supervise PA, NP, and APRN staff working under your license
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices in a Tribal Health or Rural Health environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
- Board certification in family practice or internal medicine required
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Experience working with native populations is essential
- Previous senior leadership or healthcare administration experience required
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure in Florida
