Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: February 28, 2026 (open to extending to end of May)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Clinical Details:
- Patient Population: 50+
- Average Patients per Day: 14
- EMR: eCW
- Support Staff: each provider has their own MA, case management and referral coordinator on site
- Work Setting: Clinic
- Practice Manager is open to expedited privileges
Requirements:
- Fully licensed as a physician in the state of Florida
- Board certified or Board eligible
- DEA & BLS
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
- 2-3 years Clinical experience for Medicare Advantage
