Job description
A well-established concierge family medicine practice serving the Clinton community since 2007 is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Medicine Physician to join its growing team. The practice has a large, loyal patient base and is expanding to meet increasing demand. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance within a supportive, physician-led environment.
Physicians practice independently while collaborating closely with Nurse Practitioners, fellow Physicians, and experienced clinical support staff. Care is delivered across both concierge and traditional primary care models, with the opportunity to transition to a full concierge panel over time.
Job Responsibilities
Mange acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with NPs, physicians, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care
Utilize EMR with integrated AI documentation tools for efficient charting
Participate in practice growth and patient panel development
Qualifications
Active Oklahoma MD or DO license (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented and patient-centered approach to care
Self-motivated with a positive professional attitude
Working Hours
No evenings
Half-day Fridays
Flexible scheduling available for full-time or part-time physicians
