Client seeks Physician for December 19, 26, & 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Decatur, AL. Provider will see ages 6+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Wednesday 9:00am-7:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Friday 8:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
