Family Medicine of Internal Medicine – Inpatient Rehab – 45 minutes from Louisville, KY
Opportunity Highlights:
- Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team caring for medically complex patients
- Full-time role with Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Focus on chronic disease management, acute care diagnosis, and clinical oversight
- Mentor nurse practitioners and collaborate on clinical case reviews
- No weekends or nights required
- Serve as a clinical liaison in the post-acute care community
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Kentucky license or ability to obtain
- DEA/prescriptive authority or eligibility required
- Primary care experience required; inpatient rehab experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $201,168 – $277,460, with no cap on productivity
- Biweekly pay with base + productivity model
