A leading multispecialty practice in Essex County, NJ is seeking a dual-certified FNP/Psych NP to join its integrated behavioral health center. Job Function:
Provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services within a facility offering primary care, therapy, medication management, group sessions, TMS treatment, and cognitive assessments.
Split schedule between three days of primary care and two days of behavioral health, all within the same location.
Manage a daily patient load of approximately 13–20 patients in primary care and 12–15 patients in behavioral health.
Participate in a 30-day orientation period, beginning with one-hour appointments per patient and gradually building to full volume.
Utilize the MediTab EMR system for documentation and patient management.
Follow a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30–4:30 or 9–5), with opportunities to earn additional income by taking weekend telehealth visits from home.
Maintain a strong focus on quality care, supported by weekly reports outlining services provided and progress on key quality initiatives such as referrals, wellness, and patient feedback.

Job Requirements:
- Masters degree as BOTH a PsychNP and Family or Adult NP.
- 5 years practice experience as an NP.
- Board eligibility/board certification required.
- License in NJ required at start of employment.
- Spanish (bilingual NOT medical) speaking required.
