Pacific Companies is proud to present a full-time Family Medicine opportunity in Northeast Georgia within a well-established, employer-based health center. This role is designed for physicians who value high-quality, relationship-based care supported by a highly organized clinical environment. You’ll serve a large, diverse international workforce with excellent continuity, predictable scheduling, and integrated onsite services. The practice emphasizes quality over volume, with a steady pace of two patients per hour and strong care coordination resources. Position, Compensation & Organization
- Full-time primary care role in a low-volume, employer-based clinic
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with one-hour lunch
- Two patients per hour scheduling model, flexible for translation needs
- No nights, no weekends, and no call; nurse triage handles after-hours needs
- Standard PCP mix including wellness, chronic disease, and acute care
- Opportunity to provide occupational health services; MRO training provided
- Collaborative environment supervising and working with experienced NP/APPs
- Embedded care management and care navigation programs
- Onsite lab, x-ray, EKG, and full-service pharmacy
- Epic EMR with strong administrative and clinical support
- $300,000 salary plus sign-on bonus and relocation allowance
- Generous PTO, paid holidays, five CME days, and $3,000 CME allowance
