Illinois medical group is seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to join their team. This well established, growing practice has great community support and offers a 4 or 5 day work week. Located just 45 minutes outside St. Louis, this safe and friendly community is only 10 minutes from the largest man made lake in Illinois, featuring boating, fishing, events, festivals, dining, and more.

Relocation Bonus available. -100% Outpatient Practice. -Strong support staff available. -Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week. -Minimal call through group shared call. -EPIC EMR. - Up to $150,000 in student loan assistance. - $2,000 monthly residency stipend starting upon signed contract.
