Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medical care in an outpatient setting
• Manage a patient load of approximately 18 patients per day
• Utilize the Meditech EMR system effectively
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to maintain a high standard of care

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Vermont medical license required
• Experience in a Patient-Centered Medical Home environment preferred

• Varied hours within opening times: Monday–Saturday; clinic closed on Thursdays
• Flexibility required to accommodate patient access and clinic needs
