A large, well-established primary care network in the Memphis metro is hiring Primary Care Physicians (FM/IM) due to upcoming retirements. New physicians will immediately inherit established patient panels and join busy, well-supported outpatient practices.
Position Details
• Average 18-22 patients/day
• Fully staffed clinics with strong clinical/administrative support
• 22 total clinics within the primary care network
Compensation
• 18-month guaranteed base: $280k-$305k (FMV/experience)
• $30k sign-on bonus
• Monthly productivity model with early transition if exceeding base
• Up to $40k annual quality bonus
Community:
• Metro area of 1.3 million residents
• Strong and Robust economy led by Healthcare, Transportation, Education
• Logistical hub of the country home to many Fortune 500 companies
• Wonderful mid-town and suburban areas to live in with easy access to everything
