Job description

This role offers a highly balanced schedule with dedicated clinic time, administrative flexibility, and the ability to provide meaningful “cradle-to-grave” care in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment. Physicians work alongside pediatricians, internists, gerontologists, and advanced practice providers, supported by strong operations and a modern EMR system. An experienced neonatal nurse practitioner handles all inpatient care for newborns and young children, ensuring low inpatient call volume and excellent continuity for families. With a stable leadership team, a culture that values physician input, and competitive compensation paired with extensive PTO and CME benefits, this opportunity supports both professional satisfaction and personal well-being. It is ideal for both experienced physicians and newly trained providers seeking a long-term home in the Mountain West.

  • Appointment lengths: 30–40 minutes new, 20 minutes follow-up
  • Full-scope family medicine with optional procedures
  • Team includes 8 physicians, 3 NPs, and nurse-led Medicare Wellness services
  • Salary based on experience
  • Support from Epic EMR and Abridge AI for in-room note capture
  • 28 days PTO + 5 CME days + $5,000 CME/dues/licensing allowance
  • Stable leadership, excellent work culture, strong operational support
