Private, primary care concierge practice designed around meaningful patient-physician relationships. By keeping our membership panel intentionally limited, providers and patients enjoy unhurried visits—often 30 minutes for routine care, an hour for annual exams, and 90 minutes for comprehensive wellness evaluations. Position:
Board Certified Physician - Internal or Family Medicine - with 5+ years of experience
Patient load: Approximately 500 patients
100% outpatient
Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00-5:00pm, Friday 8:00-12. Have flexibility on start/end times.
Average Patient Load per day: 10-12
Call: Phone Call Only; as a concierge physician, you will provide your patients your phone number to provide clinical triage and phone support but after hours calls are infrequent (5-7 per week). We have flexibility to create a call schedule to be shared between 3 providers
Home Visits: a small number of our patients enjoy home visits when homebound or on hospice service.
Social visits to your patients in the hospital are encouraged/expected but you will have no hospital duties. Can apply for privileges, but not required.

Salary and Benefits:
$400,00 yearly salary, paid bi-weekly
Incentive bonus
Earning potential of $465,000-500k (plus 401k and profit sharing)
Health & Dental Insurance (RMP pays 70% of Family plan premium)
401K with safe harbor employer match after one year waiting period
Profit sharing
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (20 work days) which include the following holidays office is closed: New Year’s Day; Easter; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day.
Relocation Package $15,000
Continuing Medical Education/Phone/Memberships/etc: $3,000 annually
