About the Opportunity -Join a newly opened Family Medicine practice offering full-spectrum primary care for pediatrics through geriatrics -Provide wellness exams, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, acute care, women’s health services, and lifestyle counseling -Shared call rotation averaging about 1:70, supported by RN triage -Physician-governed environment with opportunities for teaching, leadership, and collaboration -Flexible schedules available: 3-, 4-, or 5-day work week -Optional hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired -Additional compensation available through APP collaboration Compensation & Benefits -Competitive starting salary: $250,000–$260,000, with additional earning potential through productivity and quality bonuses -Starting bonus up to $75,000 -Retention bonus of $25,000 -Resident compensation available — up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on -Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance -Paid malpractice with tail coverage -CME allowance and paid CME time -Paid time away from practice -Retirement savings program with employer match Candidate Requirements -Board Certified in Family Medicine -New York State license and DEA required -Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates -Passion for providing Primary Care to patients of all ages -No employment sponsorship available at this time This is an outstanding opportunity to shape a new practice, build long-term patient relationships, and grow professionally in a supportive, physician-led environment.
