• Practice Setting: Primary Care / Family Practice
• Dates of Coverage: January/Feb - Ongoing
• Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level II
• Licensure New Jersey license required
Schedule:
• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No call, no inpatient responsibilities, no ED backup
Required Procedures:
• Adult outpatient care
• EKG interpretation
• Disability exams (occupational medicine)
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Travel Reimbursement:
• Provider must be local – only mileage reimbursed
• Mileage billed at IRS standard rate
