As a key provider, you will deliver high-quality outpatient care in a Level II trauma-certified facility, helping to bridge the gap during provider transitions.
Required Skills:
- Current New Jersey medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Proven experience in outpatient adult primary care
- Proficiency in interpreting EKGs
- Ability to perform occupational health disability exams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working within Cerner EMR systems
- Familiarity with occupational medicine procedures
- Experience in outpatient settings with diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Active medical license in New Jersey, or ability to obtain one within 90 days
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- No inpatient or emergency department responsibilities
- Willingness to visit a Level II trauma center and fulfill documentation requirements
- Local providers are preferred for mileage reimbursement; travel reimbursement considered for non-local candidates
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
