VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Family Medicine.

- Description: RATES: Malpractice – Must be included in rates. Orientation – 107.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours” Hourly – 215 and below - “Per hour not OT” Holiday – 322.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. “Per holiday hour no OT” Schedule/Availability Requirements:Schedule: Monday - Thursday FT for 12 months Shift times: 7:30 am - 5:30 pmNo callStart Date: ASAP Facility Location: Solano Street Medical Clinic Corning CA 96021Specialty: Primary care/Family MedicineSetting: Multispecialty ClinicDuties: All aspects of primary care and management of established patient panel. Chronic care management. Required Procedures: N/AEMR: Cerner CareBSupport Staff: Medical AssistantsReason for Coverage: Recruitment ChallengesDealbreakers: Must be full time and able to commit to one year. Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels Air Travel: Local no flights?
