seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to the community.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate specialty care when needed
Review diagnostic tests and prescribe medications appropriately
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR
Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA and BLS/ACLS
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
Working Hours
Minimal call requirements (varies by site)
No inpatient responsibilities unless specified
