What You’ll Do:
As a key clinical team member, you’ll provide direct patient care while contributing to innovative quality and population-health initiatives. You’ll help shape a patient experience grounded in trust, accessibility, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities include:

Evaluating and treating patients in alignment with established clinical standards.

Monitoring care quality through data review, chart audits, and adherence to care pathways.

Coordinating services across the care team and referring to additional resources when appropriate.

Participating in daily huddles and serving as a medical resource for the team.

Maintaining a professional, approachable, and collaborative practice culture.

Completing timely and accurate medical documentation.

Upholding organizational policies, procedures, and quality expectations.

Collaborating with other departments on patient outcomes, process improvements, and clinical operations.

Identifying opportunities to expand or enhance clinical services.

Ensuring compliance with all licensing, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.

Building positive relationships with community partners and healthcare collaborators.

Working 100% onsite, with occasional movement between nearby clinics as needed.

Performing additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:

Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license.

Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong commitment to integrated, team-based care.

Ability and willingness to adapt to a value-based care model.

Exceptional patient service and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer proficiency.
-
Active BLS certification.
-
Current fingerprint clearance card.
-
Active DEA license.
