- Work Dates Needed: December 29th, 2025 - February 27,2026
- Preferred Schedule:
- 5 days a week with 2 different locations :
- Tuesday & Thursdays. 8am to 5pm.
- Monday 8am to 5pm
- Wednesday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Both clinics are in Charleston County.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient FQHC - must see all ages
- Scope of Work: 20 patients on average. 2 support staff. Provider works solo
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- Active SC license,
- DEA, BLS.
- EMR: eCW
- Weekly pay via direct deposit, full medical liability insurance, and paid travel.
