Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Athenahealth EMR
Additional Information
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care outpatient settings required
- Board Certification in Family Medicine required
- Active Wisconsin and Minnesota licenses needed
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
- Experience with Athenahealth EMR preferred
