Position Highlights:
100% Outpatient No Call Required
Value-Based Care Model with a panel of Medicare Advantage seniors
Low Daily Patient Volume: 1218 patients per day
Strong Care Coordination Support from experienced clinical and administrative staff
Competitive Compensation:
Base salary starting at $250K+
Incentive bonus structure
ASAP Start Date
Requirements:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience with Medicare Advantage or value-based care preferred
