Role Overview:
Join a respected post-acute care organization as a Medical Director in Lexington, Kentucky. This position offers strong leadership responsibilities, meaningful clinical impact, and excellent earning potential.
Responsibilities:
• Manage chronic disease, diagnose medical conditions, and implement individualized care plans
• Provide oversight, mentorship, and guidance to nurse practitioners
• Conduct clinical case reviews and share tools/guidelines to support quality care
• Collaborate with clinicians, facility leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery
Qualifications:
• Primary care experience required
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required
• Active and unrestricted Kentucky medical license (or application in process)
• Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority (or application in process)
Compensation:
• Estimated annual earnings: $180,934 – $221,168
• No cap on productivity income potential
