Position Overview:
Seeking a part-time primary care physician to provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in Endicott, New York. This role offers excellent autonomy and schedule flexibility, rounding 2 days per week with the ability to choose your own schedule.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year primary care experience
• Post-acute care experience preferred, not required
• Active and unrestricted New York medical license (or in process)
• Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority (or in process)
Compensation:
• Estimated annual earnings: $96,900 – $116,280, fee-for-service with no cap on productivity income.
