Family or Internal Medicine Physician – New Grads Welcome

We are seeking a dedicated Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Whitefield, NH, a welcoming rural community in northern New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an autonomous practice while serving a high elderly population.

Position Highlights:

• Competitive base compensation with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses ($250,000 - $300,000 USD)

Requirements:

• Board certified (or eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine, per Medical Staff Bylaws.
• ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Successful completion of an approved residency through ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
• Experience in chronic disease management and care of elderly populations preferred.
• Comfortable managing an independent patient panel with autonomous practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues.
