Client seeks Family Practice Physician for December 29, 30, & 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in South Bend, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 6:00am-2:00pm and Tuesday 9:00am-4:00pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
