Coverage Needed
- January 5, 2026 - Ongoing
- Clinic begins at 7:00 AM and closes at 7:30 PM. Open on Saturdays 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Coverage needed every day except Thursday.
- Shift: Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Clinical Details
- Patients per day: 18
- Patient Population/Age: 6 years and older, majority over 45
- Department: Recognized as a Patient-Centered-Medical-Home for nearly 20 years. Family Primary Care practice accepting patients age 6 through end of life. Pediatric population is only 40 patients between 6-17; total census is just over 5600.
- EMR: Meditech
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active VT License
