Job Responsibilities:

• Join a busy outpatient family medicine practice consisting of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers.
• Provide full-time, outpatient primary care during Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours.
• Participate in shared call coverage on a 1:4 rotation.
• Build and manage your own patient panel, with the flexibility to develop it as desired.
• Serve a loyal patient base while exploring opportunities to expand services within the community.
• Work in a clinic supported by onsite lab services for integrated patient care.
• Collaborate with various specialties including urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, and more, all located conveniently for coordinated care.
• Enjoy a minimal commute within the city (less than 15 minutes to the clinic and approximately 5 minutes to the hospital).
• Be part of a physician-led organization within a supportive medical group system.
• Note: Not accepting Locum candidates; visa candidates welcomed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Iowa medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Clean malpractice and licensing history preferred.
• Eligibility for J-1 or H-1B visa status if applicable.
• Ability to commit to a full-time outpatient practice with shared call.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible status in Family Medicine.
• Active Iowa medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No outstanding malpractice cases requiring supervision.
