Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Clinton, IA

Join our team in Clinton, Iowa! We are seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient team at Clinton North Health Plaza. Job Responsibilities:

• Join a busy outpatient family medicine practice (team of 3 physicians + 6 advanced practice providers).
• Provide full-time outpatient primary care during Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm clinic hours.
• Participate in shared call coverage on a 1:4 rotation for the group.
• Build a patient panel with the opportunity to develop your desired panel size.
• Serve a loyal patient base while expanding services in the community.
• Work in a clinic supported by onsite lab services.
• Collaborate with supporting specialties for coordinated care.
• Enjoy a minimal commute: less than 15 minutes to the clinic and approximately 5 minutes to the hospital.
• Be part of a physician-led organization within the MercyOne Medical Group system.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of eligibility with plans to test) in Family Medicine.
• Iowa medical license (or willingness/eligibility to obtain).
• Clean malpractice and licensing history (highly preferred).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active - required at presentation).
• Visa status: J-1 and H-1B applicants welcome – indicate whether visa support is required.
• Ability to commence full-time outpatient practice Monday–Friday with shared call 1:4.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Board Eligible candidates must obtain certification within 2 years.
• Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain.
