Primary Care Primary Care Physician - Springfield, MA (Accepting New Graduates)
Job type: Full-time/ part-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible round-and-go model
Pay: $200k - $350k Annually
Position Summary: A growing post-acute medical group is seeking motivated Primary Care Physicians to provide on-site medical care in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. This position offers strong autonomy, high earnings, and minimal call responsibilities in a structured and supportive environment. The incoming physician will enjoy flexible scheduling, independence, and the opportunity to take on Medical Directorships across multiple facilities.

Position Highlights:
- Monday-Friday schedule with flexible rounding
- Average 15-20 patients per day
- Minimal call (typically 2 nights and 1 weekend per month; call can be sold to other providers)
- 2-3 openings available
- Optional Medical Directorship opportunities with monthly stipends
- Deliver primary care and ongoing management for post-acute and long-term care patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and review labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and facility staff
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active or eligibility for a Massachusetts medical license
- New graduates accepted with relevant facility-based or geriatric experience
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a post-acute environment
