- Full Time
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. | Possible Saturdays on a voluntary basis (overtime)

- Sign-On Bonus: $10000
- Compensation: - Base salary can range from $195K to 205K, however, willing to negotiate based on experience -$10,000 sign-on bonus - Provider incentive program, with additional productivity and quality bonuses also included
