- Work Dates Needed: Monday - Friday
- Preferred Schedule:
- Mon: 7a-7p, Tues-Thurs, 7a-4p, Friday, 7a-12p
- No Weekends,
- No on-call required
- Worksite Setting: Primary Care/Occupational Medicine in the Evansville area
- Scope of Work:
- Primary care-mostly adults ages 20-55 but some peds on an acute care basis,
- 2 MAs support staff
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- BC, .
- IN Medical License,
- BLS, DEA,
- DOT is a plus but not required per client
- EMR: Athena
