Work Dates Needed: Monday - Friday
Preferred Schedule: Mon: 7a-7p, Tues-Thurs, 7a-4p, Friday, 7a-12p
No Weekends,
No on-call required
Worksite Setting: Primary Care/Occupational Medicine in the Evansville area
Scope of Work: Primary care-mostly adults ages 20-55 but some peds on an acute care basis,
2 MAs support staff
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, IN Medical License, BLS, DEA, DOT is a plus but not required per client
EMR: Athena
