HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for our clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. If you have a strong interest in Rural Medicine, consider joining the strong and expanding team in Breese. We are able to support both J1 and H1B Visa needs at this location.

Position Details:
-Well established, growing practice
-Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
-Minimal call through group shared call
-100% Outpatient Practice
-Strong support staff available
-EPIC EMR
Position Requirements:
-Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
-Board Certified or Board Eligibility
-2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required
Pay range: $300,000-$399,406 (inclusive of family and internal medicine, based on experience).

Education Qualifications
Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required.
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
