Job description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician for contract assignment starting November 17-February 17 at their Corporate Health clinic in Sunnyvale, CA. Provider will work with MA to see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, annual physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Client prefers candidates with pediatric experience.
