Midwest University Town Family Medicine Outpatient Opportunity- $435,000 Total Package!
The Practice:
- Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician.
- Employed opportunity with a non-profit organization.
- Monday through Friday.
- Team approach with experienced staff and all the support you will need.
- Multiple locations to choose from.
- Total package of $435,000 over five years with a five year base salary guarantee.
- Value Based Incentive Program, Production Based Incentives, APP Collaboration Incentives included with full benefits.
