• 4 teaching days + 1 clinical day
• 80% academic / 20% clinical
• $245-260K base salary, $10K relocation, $4K CME
• 240 hours PTO + 320 flex/sick hours
• No sign-on bonus
• Onsite interview includes a 30-minute lecture
