Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a thriving outpatient practice located on the hospital campus. This role offers a ready-made patient panel, a highly supportive team, and a practice environment known for strong patient satisfaction, stability, and collaboration. Job Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collegial team environment
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation (after-hours office call only)
• Utilize virtual visit options when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate closely with one physician, two APPs, and dedicated clinical support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication across the care team
• Step into an absorbed patient panel with no need to build from the ground up
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
• Commitment to compassionate, community-focused care
Working Hours
• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
