Assignment Details Coverage Type: No Call Setting: Outpatient clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p Start Date: February 23, 2026 End Date: Ongoing Patients per Day: 18 (minimum expectation) Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs EMR: Epic Credentialing: 45–90 days Reason for Need: Vacancy due to permanent search Clinical Details Outpatient family medicine, seeing both adult and pediatric patients (ages 12+) Preference for providers comfortable seeing infants Chronic disease management and preventive care Chart completion required within 72 hours Requirements Board Certified NP or PA Active California license BLS certification Active DEA prior to start Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient setting PAs must hold a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II Must complete all required immunizations prior to start (Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Included Travel: Reimbursed
