Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care Location: Hampstead, MD Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Hampstead, Maryland. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity to practice in a collaborative and patient-centered environment, working alongside experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers who deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. ________________________________________ Position Highlights: • Full-time, outpatient-only schedule — no inpatient responsibilities. • No weekend clinic hours and minimal telephone-only call rotation. • Join a supportive team of three physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers. • Large and diverse patient panel with strong administrative and clinical support. • Excellent mentorship and onboarding available for new graduates. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • MD or DO from an accredited medical school. • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. • Eligible for Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA. • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first approach. ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base salary of $220,000, plus production and performance incentives. • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. • Malpractice coverage with tail. • 401(k) retirement plan. • CME allowance and professional dues reimbursement. • Life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. ________________________________________ Living in Hampstead & Carroll County: Located just 30 miles north of Baltimore, Hampstead offers the charm of small-town living with convenient access to city amenities.
