Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages in a family practice environment
- Oversee patient coverage for 20–25 cases per eight-hour shift
- Deliver care to a diverse, intergenerational patient population
- Manage a full scope of family medicine cases and conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinic teams, including providers in dental and dermatology services
- Utilize Athenahealth EMR system for documentation and patient management
Additional Information
- Active California medical license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- At least 2–3 years of physician experience preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred, not required
- Must be comfortable with all age groups and a broad range of primary care cases
