Job Details

- Schedule: Monday 8AM to the following Monday 8AM; hospital rounds 8AM-9AM, clinic/urgent care 9AM-5PM, on call for ED and nursing home 5PM-8AM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead hospital rounds, daily consults, and outpatient clinic operations
- Provide urgent care services and manage ER rounds and consults during the day
- Handle nursing home acute care consults
- Remain on call for the Emergency Department and nursing home during overnight hours
- Manage patient care for an ED with approximately 2 patients per day
- Collaborate with staff within close proximity of clinic, ED, and nursing home
Additional Information
- Must hold a Montana medical license
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Experience with rural healthcare is mandatory
- Ability to operate independently as the only provider on staff
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
