Family Medicine Physician - Dallas, TX


Position Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Days)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all age groups. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent a wide range of medical conditions while leading a team of clinical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in clinical care, collaboration, and continuous improvement in quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient interviews, perform physical examinations, and order or interpret diagnostic tests.

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries across a diverse patient population.

  • Provide preventive care, including immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide continuity of care for patients with long-term medical conditions.

  • Make appropriate referrals for specialty or advanced care as needed.

  • Perform minor medical procedures within scope and privileges.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited medical school.

  • Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).

  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

  • Prior clinical experience beyond residency preferred.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
