Locums Primary Care Physician – Ferndale, CA
Assignment Details
- Start Date: February 23, 2025
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: None
- Patients per Day: 16–18 (minimum 18 PPD)
- Patient Mix: Pediatrics and Adults (Family Practice considered)
- Preference: able to see infants
- Minimum: must see age 12+
- Chronic Pain Management: Included
- Chart Closure: Within 72 hours
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) – Required
- Active California Medical License – Required
- Active DEA – Required prior to start
- BLS Certification – Required
- Accepts MD or DO
- Decision timeframe: typically 7–14 days
